Purposes
Ø
The
micronized PTFE-0108A with white appearance and even particle size, ultra fine
and has more delicate hand-feeling. Well dispersed, it can provide outstanding
abrasion resistance and scratch resistance.
Ø
It can
make the products with very low friction coefficient when used in inks and
coatings. PTFE-0108A with excellent abrasion, scratch resistance and slippery
property.
Ø
Its molecular
weight is usually one percent of the commonly used PTFE resin, it not only keep
the original excellent properties, but also has the advantages of high
crystallization degree, good dispersion, and easy to mix with other materials.
Ø
In printing
inks, an additional amount between 0.1% ~ 3% of PTFE-0108A can significantly
improve the sliding properties of ink, and make the products with perfect
abrasion resistance, and avoid the adhesion of the paper products.

When
used in coatings, it can improve the lubricity, abrasion & corrosion
resistance.
Ø
In
powder coating, PTFE-0108A provides outstanding scratch resistance.

This
product is compliance with new regulation of PFOA free rules (<25ppb).
Contents and Methods of Use
Ø
In a
variety of systems, the additional amount of the micronized wax is generally of
0.1 to 3%.
Ø
Usually by a direct high-speed stirring, it
can disperse in solvent-based coatings and printing inks.
Ø
It can be added by a variety of grinding
machines, high-shear dispersing device, and should pay attention to the temperature
control when using the grind mill.
Ø
Can carry out the decentralized processing
to make the wax slurry with the wax powder concentration at 20-30%., then add
it into the systems when needed, which can decrease the dispersion time.
